Linda Kozlowski, best known for her unforgettable role as Sue Charlton alongside Paul Hogan in the classic Crocodile Dundee films, was once one of Hollywood’s most recognizable faces.
Her onscreen chemistry with Hogan eventually became a real-life romance that captured fans’ attention, but despite her successful career, Kozlowski eventually stepped away from the spotlight. Now 67, her recent appearance has sparked renewed interest, not simply because of how she looks, but because of the confidence and authenticity she represents. After Crocodile Dundee, Kozlowski struggled with Hollywood’s typecasting, as many directors continued to associate her primarily with the adventurous journalist role. Frustrated by the lack of meaningful opportunities, she made the bold decision to leave acting behind. Her personal life also changed dramatically after her marriage to Hogan ended in 2014 following more than two decades together.
